The gated entrance is to an enclosed private courtyard which has a built-in barbecue hut and is surrounded by a variety of trees and shrubs. The living room is enclosed by glass sliding doors with one side overlooking the courtyard and the other the pool, sundeck and view. There is plenty of seating on 3 sofas. For your entertainment, there is a stereo system, satellite TV, VCR, DVD (all world system), a comprehensive library and a selection of cards/games.
The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen includes fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, food processor, and a comprehensive selection of utensils and appliances as well as all cutlery, crockery and glassware. There is an attractive breakfast bar on the living room side of the open plan kitchen.
