Casa Serena has 2 separate units, side by side, each with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, a living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Each has its own covered porch with barbeque facing our tropical garden which is right on a 4 mile stretch of beach, on the warm, calm Caribbean. This is a great place to get away and relax, swim, snorkel, surf, do other water sports, tennis, go sight-seeing, horse-back riding on the beach....or just sunbathe, relax, and watch the fabulous sunsets. We have cable TV, VCR, AC in each bedroom, ceiling fans, private off street parking, washer/dryer, microwave, all cooking utensils and dinnerware. Linens and towels are provided. The house is directly on the palm lined Corcega Beach oceanfront. It has four bedrooms and sleeps 7. It is fully furnished including bed-linen, cooking utensils and dinnerware, and contains cooking facilities including full kitchen. There is an indoor dining room, living room, and full bathroom with tub and shower and an outside enclosed patio-dining area. It has a chainlink, childsafe fenced yard with private entrance to the beach, and an outdoor shower. The house is handicapped accessible.
The ocean in front of the house is calm and perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and safe for children. World class surfing is only a five minute car ride away. Superb snorkeling is available at Desecheo Island reachable by a nearby tourboat. There are full supermarkets, restaurants, etc. and most facilities in walking distance.
The rent includes utilities, cleaning fees and clean bed linens. Temperatures vary little between summer and winter making the area a delightful year round resort area. The house is located in a residential area making it a perfect family vacation.
